Just came back from Perth today. It was a very fun and educational trip for me. It was my first time travelling in an aeroplane. I was very scared--dunno why leh. Tears just rolled down my cheeks when the plane was about to take off.We met at the airport at 4pm and checked in our barang barang... Took photos in the plane and played the games and i watched brother bear. Reached Perth at 11.15pm and boarded the coach to go to our hotel. It was so COLD in Perth.I didnt want to go out from the Perth airport coz i could not stand the weather. Cheacked in to the hotel. (Chateau Commodore Hotel) Shared room with Chermaine and Sue Anne.

23/05/2004 Sunday
Had our breakfast in the hotel. Bleh... Didnt eat much coz not used to the food there then off to the Univesity of Western Australia for a workshop. I learnt quite a lot of stuff there. I find it an interesting workshop. After the workshop, we walked all the way to the "nearest" restaurant to have our lunch. I ordered a plate of HOR FAN. Piangz... The serving so huge, cant finish the whole plate. After lunch, i had stomachache... -.-" And the saddest thing is that we had to walk back to the University to continue with the workshop. We sight-read a piece named Spagetti Rag which is a very nice piece. After the workshop, we went to eat again. We went to Dragon Seafood Chinese Restaurant to have our dinner. The food was not too bad after all. After the whole day of fun, we went back to our hotel and that was about 8pm. At night, we walked to the convient store to grab some tidbits and drinks.

24/05/2004 Monday
Hmmm... We had breakfast in the hotel again. Same things but i ate more today... Wahaha... Then the whole group of us were split into 2- Group A which i was in, went for the CD workshop. I fell asleep during the workshop though it was pretty interesting. Orh... So tired!!! We then board the coach to go and have our lunch. (I forgot where we went liao) I guess it's a place where i have to peel the shell of the prawn with my fork and spoon, then Mr Tan was saying that i took an hour to eat the prawn. After which Group A went to the Morish Nuts Factory to grab some nuts. We also took photo of the car which looks so CUTE. I also sat in the car to take a picture. We went for dinner again. Mr Tan said he wants to see me peel the shell of the prawn so he sat beside me. Piu!!! They served the prawn without the shell. There goes another day in Perth!!! We went back to the hotel and packed our stuff as we had to stay in the Ferguson Farm the next day.

Day 3
25/05/2004 Tuesday
Woke up early in the morning and went to a.... erm... place to perform for the people there. Although there was not many people, it was a fun and good experience having to perform at the place with the strong wind blowing right into our face and the "birds" chirpping louder than our sound. After the performance, we board the coach again to go the Fishermans Kitchen to have our lunch. After lunch, we went to a place to view the scenary and we took a lot of photos there and finally, off we went to the Ferguson Farm. We watched the farmer "shave" the sheep. KC wanted to ask the person something and he said the Cow, then he said the Goat. Omg... I couldn't stop myself from laughing. I had a chance to milk the cow. It was a nice experience. the farm was more comfortable than the hotel we stayed. The chalet don't even look like we were in a farm. There's also fridge and oven in the chalet. The food they cooked were also very nice. Yum Yum... At night, we had a camp fire in front of the place we had our dinner. I felt so warm there and we sang and dance around the fire. After that, i went bac kto the chalet and sleep.

26/05/2004 Wednesday
A fresh new day!!! We had our breakfast at the farm and some of us bought the white wine and red wine which the the farmer brew themself and then we headed for the bush walk and boomerang painting. Managed to take a few pictures of the kangaroos. Ate Kangaroo and Emu sausages. Then we went to the Fruit Orchard and i bought nougurts and tried the strawberry ice cream. Damn!!! So SOUR sia!!!! Next, we went to Domino's Pizza to have our dinner and back to the hotel again. I stepped on the music stand and my foot got blue-black.

27/05/2004 Thursday
Today, we had the morning to go shopping and i walked with my painful foot. Then, at 11.15am we wewnt o King's hotel to have our lunch and then we went to the University of Western Australia again to listen to the string orchestra concert and i fell asleep again and Mr Tan saw me sleeping. Oops... Following the concert, we went for a workshop at the auditorium. We got to see how they practice. There we go for our dinner again. Eat eat and eat...

28/05/2004 Friday
We were brought to the Fremantle to do our own shopping. Then, a group of us and Mr Tan went to the Old Shanghai to have our lunch. I ate the special fried rice which costed me aus$8.80. Then KC came to say that he saw a clarinet which looked like a flute and all of us went to see. Hmmm... Last day in Perth, sad leh... Have not enjoyed enough of the fun and shopping over there and arh.... We are heading to Perth airport already. Bye Bye, Perth!!! Landed in Singapore at 8.50pm.
