Yumyum.... Had a sumptuous buffet dinner at GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL!!! First time there.. Got so excited in the afternoon that i didnt feel like doing any work. Haha.. But tried to finish up most of my work before i have to suffer on the closing day with all the things piled up!! Wahaha.. Me and 2 of my other female colleagues headed of with a male colleague (Bernard) who drives. Took a free ride to the place where me and one of my other female colleague started to grab the food when we arrived.. Haha... Typical singaporean. Lol...Headed for a second round after we finished our first plate of food.. I think we went for abt 4-5 rounds of goodies lo... There were Cray fish, prawns, BBQ Chicken, beef, salmon, sushi, erm.. Nice deserts like strawberry cake, small little pieces of cakes, ice-cream etc.. Heng i didnt eat in the afternoon.. If not sure cannot eat so much coz i was already feeling quite full when i was only at half of my second serving.
After abt 1 and a 1/2 hour of gobbling, we sang our boss and some of our colleagues a birthday song. Was then served the cake when Bernard began to say, "She feels that the cake is too small a piece, she wans a bigger one." I was like... "Omg.. Ya lo.. So small. I would like the whole cake, pls..." And we were laughing and joking all the way.. After which, when i returned to my seat after taking the ice cream for my colleague and myself, i saw ANOTHER BIG piece of cake on my table.. Grr... And Bernard was like pushing the blame on other innocent party... Haha.. They are real humourous people when out of office! Really had a lot of fun with the jokes, chats and most importantly, the FOOD!! Lol.. Nvr had such joy in eating le.. But i guess my few months of efforts is now down into the drain..
Well.. Did feel regret after we left and head for the mrt/bus stop. After i bid goodbye with my colleagues at orchard mrt station, i headed off to lucky plaza intending to take a bus from there. Nvr did i know that my guilt led me to walk on and on to bus stop further down.. Saw my bus at the meridien hotel bus stop so i intend to take the bus.. But who knows, the bus walked out on me.. So i carry on walking t0 the bus stop at PS then i heard a familiar voice singing YUE DING!!! AHHH... It's Guang Liang!! I rushed to see him on the stage outside PS. Took some photos of him on stage, as well as videos while he sang.. Omg... So nice... I was so indulged in the songz.. He sang TONG HUA & DI YI CHI also. Lovely!!! It's such a fate man. Heehee...
After everything's over, i left and headed towards the bus stop where i take bus 66 home. Reached home at abt 11 plus with a bloated stomach!!
